Service Overview

MyGharWali provides meal subscriptions, trial plans, office meal programs and catering services within selected areas of Bangalore.

Subscription Plans

• All subscriptions are prepaid.
• Plans are activated after successful payment.
• Plans are non-transferable.

Meal Preferences

Customers can choose:

• Vegetarian
• Non-Vegetarian
• Jain

Daily menus are determined by MyGharWali.

Delivery

• Deliveries are available only in serviceable Bangalore locations.
• Delivery times may vary based on traffic and operational requirements.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

Trial Plans

Trial plans are subject to availability and are generally non-refundable once activated.

Refund Policy

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may take up to 7 working days.

Limitation of Liability

MyGharWali shall not be liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, technical issues, force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
